Responsibilities and achievements:

  • “Advanced Products” are upper end NDT products made up from three former stand-alone companies, all now under the name of Olympus NDT: Staveley Instruments, RD Tech & Panametrics. Advanced Products include Sonic WorkStation, Nortec WorkStation, PowerStation, BondMaster 1000, Pulser/Receivers, Omniscan Eddy Current Array, Omniscan UT, and MS-5800 tube tester
  • Monitor sales numbers for Advanced Products and collaborate with Sales Managers for ideas on increasing sales
  • Interface between Engineering and customers in support of Advanced Product line
  • Interface with Engineering and Marketing during the design phase of new equipment
  • Validation of software and hardware changes prior to releasing ECO’s to production
  • Internal and field sales, including customer support for any technical questions. This could include making sales calls in an open territory and visiting key accounts to secure future orders
  • Responsible for making sure the field sales force is updated and trained on the operation of Advanced Products
